Prentice Glass are a family-run glass business, with over 70 years of experience in the glazing industry. As one of the oldest glazing companies in London, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to both commercial and domestic buildings. We are now looking for talented individuals to join our professional glazing team.

Glazing Estimator/Surveyor

This role within our team will require both verbal and written communication, as you will be engaging with our domestic and commercial clients and suppliers on projects. You will need experience in a job similar, with sound knowledge and understanding of drawings. You will initiative to be able to follow up on all leads and decide whether to turn the lead into an offer.
The applicant should have experience managing large workloads and be able to deliver a high standard of work promptly and accurately. You should also be competent in IT, including Microsoft Office tools and CAD software. A clean driving licence is also desirable.

Experienced Driver Glazier

In the role of an Experienced Driver Glazier, you will need to be a tradesperson that takes pride in their work. We want candidates to have experience in the glazing industry and have the ability to perform installation and repair both safely and efficiently.
As with all our vacancies, you will need to provide exceptional customer service and be able to take leadership on projects. An Experienced Driver Glazier will also require a full driving licence.

Door and Window Technician

This role will require candidates to have in-depth knowledge of the tools and equipment in this work. A Door and Window Technician can involve a number of jobs, including: ensuring cost estimates are approved, providing timelines to clients, installing windows in commercial and domestic buildings and providing bills of completed work to customers, making sure payments are exchanged.
The applicant should have experience in preparing worksites and possess the ability to choose the specific tools and equipment needed for each individual job.
